[GM ADMIN-PRAGATI RESORTS]

Dear Sir

 

Following was the discussion and decisions taken on 15 Feb 2012 at the resorts.

 

1.        Highest priority for cleanliness by the staff.  No littering on the roads will be tolerated.  Circular to the effect is being issued.

2.       Kondaiah batch has been asked to vacate as there is no work for them at the resort premises.  Presently they are in the huts near the  general – 23 plot. 

3.       All the other huts to be shifted to the nursery area for better monitoring  and also water supply at one place.

4.       Dustbins will be provided at proper places to facilitate maintaining cleanliness.

5.       Estimate to be prepared for chainlink mesh compound and restoration of toilets.
