Dear Sir

This is to inform that we have sold one cow for Rs 32000/- to Nagalaxmi.  Advance recd – Rs 10000/- .  We had discussions here regarding utilization of amount from sale of cows.  We would like to send the amounts from sale of cows to Director – Finance for proper utilization as it would be from cow sales.
