Some important/urgent issues flagged

Dear Sir

Please find the issues fagged which are urgent in nature.

 

1.    300 meters hose pipe for watering plants in the Golf area.(app. Cost – Rs.6,400/-)

2.    15 HP pump set/ motor at ‘K’ Sector which has gone for repairs is to be done on priority and sent back.

3.    Structures near underground reservoir for 32 villas. (app. Cost – Rs.8.20 lakh)

4.    Electricity Department Payment of dues – Rs. 1.50 lakh D.D/P.O to replace the bounced cheque. We also have to pay compulsory amount of Rs.3.00 lakh to the Department towards AGL lines before this month end. We already have received the demand for payment over telephone.

5.    Fodder requirement for the cows – 4 loads of jowar & 2 loads of paddy (app. Cost –Rs.72,000/-). This will be sufficient for 4 months.

6.    Cow feed PR for Rs.15,420/-.

7.    Commercial  meter for common facilities like STP, street lighting, pumping water for 32 villas. (App. Cost Rs.33,000/- )

 

For the above 7 items the cost will be approximately be Rs.14.00 lakh. Further, for completion of the villas, the estimated cost is around Rs.78.00  lakh.
