Dear Friends
One of our client intends to incorpoarate a company in Bangalore and accordingly we have filed form 1, 18 and 32 with ROC, Bangalore for incorporation of proposed company.
ROC, Bangalore has raised one query which can be resolved by personal meeting with the official there. If any of you knows some one who can do liasioning with ROC or if you are interested, pls do contact me.
