DIN QUERY

Dear All,

We are filing DIN form of a person, at the time of prescruitinizing
the form, the system is asking that it have a matching DIN details
already lying with it (ater checking on website we came to know that
the concerned person already have a provisional DIN) Now the situation
is very ambiguous for us, now what we have to do to get the DIN of the
concerned person?

I have also come across same situation. Actually i have applied for a DIN on 25.03.2011 but the payment could not be made due to change in the system. Now after the new system when i have applied the DIN for the same person the message again appears. I just apply the DIN under new system. In case any enquiry came from the authoritites i will inform them the situation. I dont think there is any irregularity in the course of action adopted by me.

 

Morever the DIN which i have applied later shows the provisional DIN now my question is that whether on the basis of such provisional DIN can i file the form 32.

Go to DIN Application letter and put the details, you will find whether the DIN has been filed or not earlier.

In din section on Get Din Application.fill out details then approved din will appear, click on approved din and din application form will be generated. then in the form u can see whether pan is filled or not.

You have to wait either for change of DIN provisional status to DIN lapsed or contact at DIN cell.

But as such i have filed the DIN under new system, without getting elasped the DIN under old system.So whether i have done anything wrong?

Dear Nitin
               You have done nothing wrong. As per the New DIN rules, you will have to Fill up the new DIN Form although the old DIN has not been elapsed or you had made the payment but had been rejected. So have to Fill up the new DIN Form.

Dear Friends

Dont worry about the "Provisional" DIN generated in the "Old system".

It will lapse automatically.

And if we are generating DIN in "New System" even though we have a Provisional DIN in old system, then there is nothing wrong here, bcoz its a system generated process and we have not done anything wrong.....

And "Provisional" DIN will have no value unless it is APPROVED.

I am facing a problem regarding approval of DIN under new procedure.

 

I have previously applied for the DINs of 3 persons but same were rejected under the physical documents submission procedure.

 

And now when I am applying under the new procedure for the DIN of the same persons, the same are showing as provisional DINs and the status of the Forms are Pending for Action even though the Forms have been signed by the Practicing Professional.

 

Kindly let me what needs to done or whom to contact regarding this. The Forms were uploaded on 7th April,11 and till now they are pending and the DINs are provisional.

                What the notification ask that when we will affix the Practicing Professional Signatures, The DI Will be approved automatically. But may be there is any problem in respect of the information filled of Directors. Can you please attach the DIN Form and the Receipts of payment made. I will tell you the exact reason then that why the DIN has not been approved.

Dear All,

I too applied for DIN of a person under the old procedure and provisional DIN was generated. But I neither made the payment nor sent it for processing. Afterwards I filled up an application online and a message appeared that it is a POTENTIAL DUPLICATE of an application already filed. I enquired from my colleagues and as per their suggestion made the payment for the old provisional DIN and sent the application physically as we did in older system.

My colleagues who did the same got the DINs approved but I have just sent the documents yesterday so the status is still "PROVISIONAL". I hope it gets approved.

will be provisional, always
after few days, it will get approved
in my case, it took 7 days
