URGENT - ONE DIRECTOR

Dear Members,

 

A company was incorporated on 29.12.2004 as a private company with two directors . Downloaded the form 32 also from the site which was of incorporation. THE COMPANY IS A DORMANT COMPANY. its does not want to go for striking offf so filing Form 61 and will file annual filing forms from 2006 to 2010...

 

But in the View signatory Details ONLYone Director is there.  And  for the other DIrector no information that he has the DIN or not .

 

If he has it then what shud i do to get the detals of the third director in view signatory details..
If he does not have it then APPLY for DIN and then??

 

 

Please guide with this issue. Its very urgent

First of all ask from the Director does he have the DIN, If yes then go for filing DIN2 and then DIN 3, the name of director will then be displayed over the Portal. If the director does not have DIN, then proceed for applying the same and then DIN 2 and DIN3.
