File picture in the files section. Went 2 hours with lump and sugar
maple, straight spicy Jimmy Dean, butterflied, stuffed with boiled
ham, roasted red peppers, some chevre,and re-rolled. Took it to
160°. Went well with biscuits.

That's an elegant looking log of Jimmy Dean (rest his soul) ! I make
meat loaves with sausage spices, brats, Italian, etc, I like the
'stuffing' compliment!
