Possible Trip?

Hey you guys,

So every year there is a Latino Conference in Albany that would be awesome if we made a trip. From my knowledge its a big event and this year will be their 25th one.

I did an estimate of how much it would be using the numbers from their last conference and it was roughly around 1,650 (1,619 to be exact) if 10 people were to attend and the estimate for the bus ride. We can discuss this further but i think its a good idea. Not to mention it will be easier to get approved by the school 

what do you guys think?
