Hi guys 

Hope all is well,
so today I just realized Aryeto is around the corner if you need any help with anything please let me know,
also we need to organize the timeline of the event, this way we can order the pamphlet by Monday  as of now darren, me, gissell, chris are all making speeches if anybody else will be speaking please let me know this way we can organize the timeline and have them order by Monday.

I will be working on the photo montage if anybody has pics they will like me to add please send them to me.

I think we should make a checklist of things we need to do so far this is what I have

We need to order food
Decorations
Order Awards
Order Pamphlets

I know I'm probably missing stuff. 

I'm just sending this email because I haven't heard anything, and if people already started that is even better.=D

I just wanted to stay updated and would love to help.
For the awards me and gissy don't mind ordering them we can go Thursday.

Please know we need to all communicate with eachother about the planning to make sure things are not done last minute and that things are not left out.

I will like to ask if the vanguard recipient has been decided on. If not I was talking with Nat earlier and we mentioned if worse comes to worst we can change the vanguard to alumni award. Whatever the case may be we have a week before the event and the recipient has to be told and hope that they are available to attend.

Also we need to finalize the performance and entertainment if we are planning on having any, like a poem reading, singing  and such.

On another note I feel someone others then ary should set up an event for pra and medo elections since last day to register the club is may 17th.

Ill probably be the person going in and out, introducing everyone up to the stage (most likely ill be alternating with chris). 

In regards to entertainment i asked the following people to perform and they all confirmed: Katherine George, Joel Cruz, Samantha Rodriguez, Chris (and maybe his brother) <- i would like 2 separate performances please, and a friend of mine from High School...Her name is Nicole Marte. 

In regards to decorations, would you guys like to go decoration shopping on Saturday? I dont work that day. 
Did you guys decide if the menu was going to change or not? 
The award thing is up to you guys. Last time i spoke to Chris, that guy hasnt gotten in contact with him. So worse comes to worse, we give it to milga. I also actually want to have more than 1 PRLS teacher there this time please -_-

In regards to the photos and videos, i have stuff in my email and my old phone. Also we need to ask the other members if they have any to submit as well. 

Speaking of event pages, Nataly i need you (or someone in charge of thursday) to make an event page for Cinco de Mayo. I was going to do it but i got caught up in work. 
And i need you to sign some paperwork for me

In regards to the menus as well as the pamphlet layout and decor decisions are all at your and pra discretion. So if the same food set up is good enough I will help you and guide you on calling them.

As for me I am not sure I can do Saturday, but I will get back to you on that.

also since i have your attention ladies, i need people to help chris on the quad for the 1st year thursday event. do a mini bachata or merengue workshop. Thats not that difficult to work out. Please spread the word to the rest of the club members please

Yazmine most likely wont be able to go. You can still ask Yanney though and maybe Joel. Chris said that since Mario is in his class that he'll drag him...but i want more girls to be present as well...

I have work on sat, but either way the decor and layout are at your discretion. As for the food I dont mind the same menu but I Nat wants a change so we can look into that.

As for performing, I have no idea what to play, I ll see if I can think of something but idk, things are crazy right now with two jobs and this final work building up (plus Im practicing to play a show with Katherine).

I havent heard back from that guy so we can decide what to do with the award.

Thursday I ll be there,hopefully more people can show, I dont want to do it alone or with such few people.

Here are the deadlines I think we should keep in mind so nothing is done in haste.

For the food decisions and ordering should be done no later then Saturday.

For awards the order will be placed by this Thursday

The pamphlet with the names and events itinerary should be sent to far better copy no later then Monday.

Lol so much things. Okay: 

1) For the 1st event on the quad, most likely I'll be in class and my sister is better at dancing "in the moment" than I am. 
2) where are we ordering the food?
3) Contact Corey for any type of film or pictures that he may have. Also Caz for the BC Harlem Shake and the bloopers. I'm pretty sure he said he would make one just need to be ask ahead of time. 
3) how much are we looking at for budget $?
4) layout of the night? What's going first? Who's performing first. Since Darren is the host, he should be the one introducing anyone. 
5) contact with the PRLS dept.
