Open house

Good afternoon everyone, hope you are all having a good weekend and enjoy the game tonight. :) on another note we will be having our first open house this Tuesday and so we need everyone to help spread word and promote.

Also I need someone to volunteer to make a hand out with this semesters event so we can distribute at the open house. If it is at all possible to have the hand out done by early tomorrow or tonight, that would be great so I can get my mother to make us free copies.

In truth although this is an open house most of the times it is more like a general assembly since we have few new members. So the objective as always is to get everyone involved, possibly reactivate committees, and just inform everyone of the events this semester. Unfortunately for me I work on Tuesday in the city so I can only stay for a few minutes. With that in mind I want everyone to take more proactive roles and not allowing all the work and responsibilities to fall on the same few individuals. I want this semester to run smoothly so make sure you take it upon yourself and find out what work is needed to be done for the clubs. Instead of just waiting to be told what to do. For the Calender of events, just use the same template we used for last semester except don't put the rooms in yet. Only the date and times. Before you give it to gissy, send it to me so i could make corrections.
