You are receiving this email because you were part of Brooklyn College student organization last year or have a pending registration packet submitted from the spring semester. If you plan to be a part of club life this year please read the message below.

Hello from Student Activities Central and Central Depository! We would like to inform you about a few things regarding the Fall 2013 semester!

 

*Executive training sessions*

In order to complete your organization’s registration process all executive board members must attend one executive training session. Enrolled Brooklyn College students who will be executive officers during the 2013-2014 academic year must attend one Executive Training session. All sessions will take place in the Brooklyn College Student Center.

Even if you have completed the training in previous years, you need to attend this session that will have expanded information about timeline and procedure. Please note that this training is a part of the registration process.

 

The dates you can choose from are:

 

Aug 20, 2013, 12:15PM-  2:00PM  Maroney Leddy

Aug 27, 2013, 6:00 PM - 7:45 PM  Alumni

Sep 12, 2013, 12:15 PM - 2:00 PM  Alumni

Sep 24, 2013, 12:15 PM - 2:00 PM  Alumni

Sep 18, 2013, 6:00 PM - 7:45 PM  Jefferson-Williams

Oct 2, 2013, 6:00 PM - 7:45 PM  Alumni

 

We recommend that you attend the same session as your other executive board members but it is not required.
