PR2 C1 computer can not boot successfully

 Hello
We are maintaining a PR2 (12.04 with Groovy) at the Hangzhou Dianzi University in China.Yesterday we faced an issue with the PR2 robot. We turned on the PR2 DC breaker，however the 4 melodies have not been played. We used a monitor connect to the C1 and it shows that the C1 reboot all the time. It display "PXE-51：no DHCP or proxyDHCP offers were received. PXE-MOF：Exiting Intel Boot Agent."

The last time we used, we modified the C1 computer etc/hosts file but we have restored the hosts file back. We suspect that the information of the hosts file is incorrect. However we can not mount the C1 disk to read the file information because of Missing disk partition information

Did anyone meet similar problems or can help me out? I’ll be appreciated to receive your reply.   :)

Hello,

PXE has to do with netbooting, and C1 should not be netbooting. Are you sure you are not connected to C2? C2 would probably show that screen if C1 were not on.

Check the boot order for C1. Sorry, I don't know the keystrokes, but you'll have to go to the BIOS (hold down F2 or F12 or something) while booting the machine).
