Liquid Class not found error

Hi guys,

I'm playing around with the PR-PR scripts and I keep running into an error on EVOware for all of my scripts generated with PR-PR.

For example, in your BreakfastDrinks.ewt script, the first aspirate command calls for 30ul to be aspirated from "PL7" (Col. 5, Row 1) using the LC_W_Bot_Bot method.

Upon execution (this happens for every script) I get the following error from EVOware:

Liquid Class "LC_W_Bot_Bot" not found, type : Standard, volume : 30µl

What am I missing here?

Hi Tim,

You need to setup the liquid classes with corresponding names on your Tecan robot.

In our Git repo we have a configuration file that replicates all settings of our system. https://github.com/JBEI/prpr/tree/master/developer prpr.exd

You can import liquid class settings from it.

Alternatively, there is a gear icon next to platform names at PR-PR site, you can specify your liquid classes there.
