Meeting Tomorrow (May 6th) @ 6:30 in the Gym

Hi everyone,

We'll be having a meeting tomorrow (May 6th) in the Gym at 6:30pm to go over the results of the court's decision and talk about the next steps.  Regardless of the outcome, a petition will be ready tomorrow for you to sign that will start the process of dissolving the Board.

The meeting will only be 30 minutes long as we're sure a bunch of us are Leafs fans and want to catch the game.

Sorry for sending this to your individual emails and the mailing list, but this is important and not everyone has signed up to the mailing list yet (you should all have received invites, or can subscribe by sending an email to ppv-residents-g...@googlegroups.com , or bugging me/Lisa directly to add you).

And if any of you know of owners that are not on either contact list, can you please get the message out to them as well?

Also, for the people who can't make the meeting tomorrow but want to sign the petitition, JJ (jj.hiew@gmail.com) will be arranging alternate times to sign, so get in touch with him directly. There will likely be another round of canvassing if we're short signatures.

Per Pulat's email, any adjournment and settlement may only apply to Pulat's client group.  Therefore it may be in everyone's best interests to join the group, maybe at tonight's meeting we will get more on board.  

Also, I think it's important, now that costs seem to be getting higher, that everyone should pay them same amount.  Therefore if someone joins the group and we are about to pay our (say) 2nd $100, that person should have to pay the first $100 and the 2nd $100 at that time.  Just a thought but I think late comers should not have an advantage just because they are late to the party.  Thoughts?
