Dear PPS Hawaii members,
We are looking for a few people who may be interested in taking more active positions in our organization over the next year. Please let me know if you you may be interested in taking the lead on some of our initiatives next school year. I would be happy to talk with you about what this might entail.
We welcome new ideas on possible activities and how you think PPS Hawaii can be most effective in advocating and strengthening public education in Hawaii.
By, the way, we were successful in getting a couple grants that made it possible to hire Sue Emley as our part-time Coordinator. It has been great to have Sue working steadily for us to help us with the middle school nights and policy advocacy.
