I have been reported this problem :
D:\>grep translation-file texk/web2c/*/*.texi
texk/web2c/doc/web2c.texi:@samp{-translation-file=@var{tcxfile}} or (preferably)
specifying it
texk/web2c/doc/web2c.texi:-translation-file=@var{tcxfile}}.
The option name is '-translate-file'. Thanks to Etienne Riga
