Kpathsea bug (Definitely - please read)

As Fabrice pointed out, because kpsewhich doesn't brace-expand this
path, but uses it as-is. I consider this to be a bug. Moreover, I
don't consider this to be a documentation bug, so I'll change the
behaviour.
