Several things have happened since version 3 went out. Among them is
a new set of rules regarding travel to DOE and DOE contractor
sponsored meetings. These have already been implemented at HQ and
will be implemented at our respective sites over the next 60-90 days.
To simplify what would otherwise be a real mess, we will be picking
up the cost of the meeting - thus there will be no daily registration
fee for DOE or DOE contractor personnel. We cannot pick up the cost
of the Wednesday night dinner (which hasn't changed), and we cannot
pick up the registration fees for any attendees from industry (sigh).
