These LATE scheduling changes are very difficult to handle.

The Security & VPN meetings should be moved to Thursday morning.

Based on the earlier proposals that the MAIN part of the meeting
would be Tuesday to Thursday, I made my travel plans on that basis.
Now you are putting an important topic on Monday. I suspect that
other folks have made plans like mine; Tue to Thur.

If you insist on Monday afternoon, it will reduce the number of
people involved in the Security & VPN discussions. And it will
cause some people to incur a penalty for changing their Airline
tickets.

I sympathize! The problem is that there is a SLCC computer security
working group meeting at Livermore on Tuesday and Wednesday. If we
want to engage that group (and get our input into their thought
process) we have to meet with a subset of their members Monday
afternoon.
