I am hoping that this section of the ESCC meeting can be somewhat
interactive with people sharing concerns, plans, questions etc (thus I
have only prepared 10 transparencies).

The issues that might be helpful to focus on first to elicit discussion
include:

Availability: % COs provisioned, cable lengths,
Lack of cable plant knowledge: available, suitable pairs (no DLC)
multi-truck rolls, waiting at home, wasted hours, frustration
Security, outside firewall
are people using RADIUS, TACACS+, or in router
what about VPNs
Billing model
Future predictions
is anybody considering putting in own access server?

You may have other issues, please think about them and bring them to the
meeting.
