Missing calculator01.cpp? (Chapter 6 PPP2)

I can't seem to find calculator01.cpp anywhere. I've tried looking on the official website and all I've found where calculator00.cpp and the buggy versions. I ended up getting the code from the complete code snippets ZIP that happens to have the version from the book, but I'm just wondering if anyone has found this file? I'm just worried that I'm also missing files I may need later on in the book.

Just curious: where did you get the complete code snippets Zip from?
