Happy summer to our community wildfire preparedness partners!
New Brochures Available
We have new Hardened Homes and Defensible Space brochures available for Fire Safe Councils and other community wildfire practitioners to use in your work to prepare your neighborhoods and communities for fire this summer. They are available in boxes of 1,100 copies. You can order copies on our website here, or stop by our office in McClellan during regular business hours.
Join our team!
Thanks to funding from the California Department of Conservation, Regional Forest and Fire Capacity Program, we will be hiring 3 Regional Coordinators to support your community organizing efforts. These coordinators will be based in the Southern, Coast, and Sierra-Cascade regions, and must have at least 5 years’ experience working with a local FSC or other similar organization. Applications are open until July 10th. Please visit our new Careers page for details and spread the word.
