Hi  Jessica - Surprise, surprise, me again, only this time acting in my capacity as President of the PPO.  In that capacity, welcome to the neighborhood.  In recognition of the dues you just paid (thank you), you are entitled to a couple of items that need a little forward planning - we’re a volunteer organization :-).  1)  your last name on the mailbox cubby immediately over your mailbox and 2) your last name on the name signpost at the bottom of Loma Road.  Assuming you are not seeking anonymity, I trust that “Donahoe” would be the appropriate name for both.  Please merely confirm accuracy of my assumption so we can get you in queue - again, pure volunteerism.  

And back with my realtor hat on again for a moment, we love your proactive approach to everything we have e thrown at you.  A trait that inspires us to want to take you on the road with us as an example of what an ideal buyer client looks like.  That same faint would also make you a ideal candidate to serve on the PPO board.  But no pressure there.  We’;ll give you a day or two to unpack and then start the solicitation in earnest :-) .  Seriously, on behalf of the PPO board and the entire Palomar Park community, welcome to life on the ‘hill.” 

To the rest of the board, the Donahoe’s acquisition is scheduled for recordation on May 18th.  We know you will warmly welcome them to the neighborhood.

Yes, Donahoe is great. I did wonder if I was actually emailing you or Kat when I sent that email.

I don’t think I’ll be able to serve on a board in the next couple of years, but maybe down the road!
