another note - we will be signing people up to YPNZ who don't want to pay the membership fee, which now has it's own mailing list (not the same as PPAk, like it was before)

hmm... we should have a YPNZ meeting some time to elect a separate exec to PPAk. Probably won't be all that separate, but at least they should have different presidents. Maybe after Otago Uni clubs day.

As i understand it, we will be able to use their stall space while they are there, but we bring our own table (which i have). Will UALUG be there the whole time? or do we need to co-ordinate around them?

p.s. this is necessary because we are not AUSA affiliated, and therefore not allowed to have our own space - however i doubt it will be enforced.

Noel here! So as some of you might know, we pirates at UoA will be having a stall during Orientation week, which is 28th February - 4th March. Do not feel like you have to be a uni student to help out - we need and appreciate ideas, people to man the stalls,  etc. Here's some stuff about the stall we need to talk about.

• Timetable - I've set up a Doodle page (http://doodle.com/f376kvsvbnhex756) that everyone can put in their availability for the stall.
• Material - fliers, pamphlets, Hussain's cards etc. We have copies of fliers and pamphlets already. New designs and prints would still be welcome
  
• Events and activities - ideas? I thought a movie screening of PPNZ issues related movies, e.g. Steal This Film, followed by a discussion, would be good. Other ideas will be welcome.

Given that this is urgent (next week!), I propose that we hold this over Skype on Thursday night, 8pm. Could suggest another time/place and we could see if it suits everyone else.
