khmer input bug under iBus

Hi!

Following Chantra's demonstration I filled a bug on iBus project
regarding the input problem when using Cambodian language. The report is

Please do go and extend the description and the eventual fixes (it
doesn't work for me btw). The more people comment on the bug the more
changes it will get fixed faster.
