exception with pplacer

Dear  colleagues：

  I ran into a problem during I using PPLACER

  I typed "pplacer -t ../test_ref.nwk -r ../test_ref.fasta aln.fasta", 

  However, a Uncaught exception occurred:

    Uncaught exception: syntax error parsing between line 1 character 21593 and line 1 character 21594 of ../test_ref.nwk

Running pplacer v1.1.alpha19-0-g807f6f3 analysis on aln.fasta...
Fatal error: exception Ppatteries.Sparse.Parse_error("syntax error parsing", _, _, _).

I have trouble to find what's wrong in the "nwk" file, and the file can be found in appendix.

  The "nwk" file is end with ");", which is from  line 1 character 21593 to  line 1 character 21594.
