For those of you who have not heard, I am very sad to report that Russel Winder has passed away.
It was Russel who introduced me to the existence of PPIG, so it was a delight to have him join us in Bournemouth when Melanie and I hosted in PPIG 2015. Along with other PPIGers, Russel made a profound impact on my PhD work and career. I miss him deeply.
I’ve found photos online of Russel at PPIG 1999 but I have none from 2015. If you have any, I’d be grateful if you could share them with me for his memorial. Thank you.
