We are seeking to appoint a Research Assistant/Associate for 12 months to work on the Agile Research Network project (www.agileresearchnetwork.org). The project explores agile methods in practice, in the context of software development, organisation and business. The aim is to work closely with practitioners, identifying and researching their challenges, applying relevant modifications and evaluating any changes made to practice. Current research areas are business value, agile business transformation and agile sustainability/maturity.

 

We are looking for outstanding candidates with a proven track record and potential to conduct research at the highest international level. You will need to meet all essential criteria on the person specification to be considered for interview.

 

You will work alongside four academic members of the project team and other Research Associates. On occasion the work is expected to entail site visits in the UK requiring overnight stay. This position is based in the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics in Milton Keynes.
