Power Talk Error - Assistant Needed

Dear All


  While using powertalk on a windows 7 laptop with office 2010 i got the following error. -2147418111, call was rejected by callee.

    While using a windows 8 laptop with office 2010, i dont face the error

   i had closed powerpoint before starting the power talk

    assistant is appreciate

I suspect I already answered you in the previous post. Sometime PowerPoint doesn't really close even though you tell it too and it appears to.

There should be no issue with Windows 7 compared to 8. They are very close as far as PowerTalk is concerned.
