Ok so I keep getting the error call was rejected by callee.'None, None error 2147418111. I notice as long as I leave the error box open the Power Talk will work as soon as I close it, it stops talking. How can I fix this. It looks bad having a error box open while doing a presentation.

Hmm, that is very strange. See my other email and if you still have a problem I'll take a look at it.
That error is almost always a problem with PowerPoint. What version are you using?
PS make sure you have the latest version of PowerTalk too. http://fullmeasure.co.uk/powertalk
