I download Power talk I have windows 10, it keeps telling my caller call rejected none,none,none. Help please

Please ensure you
1) Have a fill copy of Office PowerPoint installed - the mobile version is not good enough
2) Make sure PowerPoint is not running when you launch PowerTalk
