How to download and add Microsoft Anna speech voice into Powertalk ?

Can you please advise how to download and add Microsoft Anna speech voice into Powertalk ?

 

I prefer Microsoft Anna speech voice.

Hi Joseph

Firstly PowerTalk simply uses any voices you have installed on your
PC. You can select between voices by using the Text to Speech settings
in Windows' control Panel. To make life easier Power talk provides a
shortcut to these settings in it's start menu options.

The actual voices that come with Windows depend on the version of
Windows and which region you have (UK, USA, France etc). Anna comes
with English version of Windows 7. You can add other voices from
suppliers such as IVONA.

I am not aware of any official way to get Anna to use on other
versions of Windows (eg XP or Windows 8). However a quick Google
indicates some people managed by installing a trial of Microsoft
Street And Trips 2009.

If you find a way could you drop us a note of how here on list?
