Thank you for you kind words and I'm pleased you find Powertalk useful.
We deliberately keep the features of Powertalk to the minimum, so that
it 'just works'. So the answer to your question is there is no such
option. To be honest that more a presentation feature, not for
PowerTalk which does the narration only.
You may well be able to get the effects you want by experimenting with
animations, perhaps using hidden text (ie off slide), or multiple
copies of slides (though that is getting hard to maintain and the size
will increase.)
The most likely solution will be to use PowerPoint's powerful macro /
scripting facilities (ie Alt F11) to reshow each side 5 times and then
move on after a delay. If you have not done any basic programming you
will have a bit of a steep learning curve. Perhaps you can find a tame
techy?
