error message

help!! help!!

                    When I open this program and start playing the written music after pushing stop and then try to play it again I get this error message which says: Undefined external error, after clicking ok  and then try to play it a gain another message says: The MiDI stream is unavailable restart the program. how can I get the rid of this error message?
