How to vary a bar within a repeated section

How do I write a bar which is different the second time through a section? In conventional music there's usually a horizontal line, with the number one or two under it, above the bar or bars of the stave which are different the second time you play it; I can't see how you insert this in this programme.

Under the Musical Symbols menu, click Repeat Ending. You can also reach this dialog box by typing "e" (lowercase E). Also, if you notice above the main screen, there is a button specifically for Repeat Endings with the number 1 on it.
