title prints cut off to the right side

When I click on print preview everything checks out okay, yet when I
print it the title & author information ends up aligned to the far
right and half
of it is cut off the right side of the page.
i'm using windows vista 64 bit
anyone know how to fix this or having a similar problem?
any help would be hugely appreciated!!

i put power tab on my other older comp which runs win98 and it prints
fine...centered & everything. i'm thinking this is some kind of vista
