[PowerStack] Upcoming seminar - logistics

Hello team,
We are looking forward to engaging discussions during the biannual HPC PowerStack seminar scheduled virtually next week (June 17-19).

## Few logistics:
1. Registration is free. We encourage all interested attendees to register for the event ASAP so that we can keep track of the attendee count and help establish collaboration opportunities as needed. Registration: Link

2. Tentative agenda posted on the website: Link

The seminar will be limited to 3 hours each day starting at 7am (PDT) / 10am (EDT)/ 3pm (BST)/ 4pm (CEST) / 7:30pm (IST)/ 11pm (JST) . Please mark your calendars. 

3.  Please join the slack workspace so that you can participate in offline Q&A and drive discussions. This medium will also be used to broadcast announcements. Slack workspace: Link

4. Meeting URL to dial into the seminar will be sent out a few days prior to the seminar.

5. Some of the working groups will be actively seeking your feedback during the seminar. To facilitate this, they are finalizing some reading material to be distributed a few days before Day-1.

## As prep for the meeting - as time permits - please refer to the PDF files shared on the mailing list by the three working groups -- end-to-end PS autotuning, PS whitepaper,  & PS use cases. During the three days - the working group leads will be soliciting for your input during the dedicated time-slots (refer to the "Deep-dive" sessions on the agenda).
