webpb memory leak

With the webpb=1 trace on and testing the application
against a single client i notice that an entry appears:
SMI12 Listener <00FF3450> : Open Connection: <00FF37C0>.
numConnections<*>, Suceeded <00000000>
Where numConnections<*> = <1>,<2>,<3>, and so on. It keeps on growing
an never reduces.

Is this what is causing a memory leak?
I've tried all the usual, minimsing the app , plus event timer but to no
avail.
Any suggestions.
