File permission problem with the PB 6 sync tool

We are using the PB Sync tool to distribute an application and it works great
except for file permissions. We have the files on one centrel server and when
ever the person copies the new updates to the directory they become the owner of
the files, so when someone else logs on they cannot see the files. We want o
use a batch file to set permission, but the customer will not let us. Does any
one know of a way to use the PB sync tool to set file permissions. Any help
will be greatly appreciated.

I don't believe PBSync can do that (it has been a while since I last used it)
