Window Plugin Problem

I have an application that consists of powerbuilder components in
Jaguar and the front end is a browser using the Window Plugin. The
application works great in Netscape, but my customer is insisting on
using Explorer and here is the problem.

I have an opening window that is displayed with the plugin. Then,
the user clickes a button and goes to another URL that shows another
window using the window plugin. So far it works great. The problem
is when the user hits the back button in explorer from the second
window to go back to the first window, the browser does not display
the first window without phisically hitting the REFRESH button.

So to summarize:

The first time you encounter a window shown through
the window plugin, it works but the next time you must hit the refresh
button. This is not acceptable for a new application. I know I can
not be the only developer using the window plugin in Explorer so
please help!!!!
