I am a newbie to internet development using EAS 7. I must not be looking at
the right places from on-line help and online books.

I was looking for some ways of using the internet object from a PowerBuilder
window to gather various information from webpages of a website, reformat
them and load into a database for processing on a regular basis. I went
through the material that I found on the internet object and I still think I
don't have a clear picture of how to.

Looks like I may have to play around with it for quite while unless someone
can kindly point out an easy way.

Any help would be appreciated. Pointer to some sample code would be
fantastic

Have a look at http://rkiesler.home.mindspring.com/win32api/wininet.htm --
the HTTP code sample uses a few WinInet API calls that are almost identical
to the Inet functionality -- in the sample, I get the HTML from a web page
(in Inet terms, the data argument to the InternetResult::InternetData()
function), parse it, and display the contents in a datawindow.
