PowerBuilder 9 EditMask Caps Lock Laptop

Hi,

I've recently got PB 9 professional version build 5507.

When using an editmask (###,##0.00) on a decimal field dec(2) and I
try to enter a numeric value, powerbuilder seems not to accept the
value when I enter this value with "shift + key".

When I press "shift lock" and enter the values, all seems to working
fine.
This is very odd.

I've upgraded my build from 5507 to 6066 and the problem is still the
same.
