PowerBuilder Fatal Execution Error (R0002)

I have purchased a new computer and I am trying to convert my Powerbuilder 5
applications to the new machine. When I create the project, the executable
gets created, but when I go to run the executable I get:

Error: Failure Loading Dynamic Library
I am on a machine with Windows 98, and I have created a new folder called
PowerBuilder Applications for the PBL's that I am bringing over. Obviously
I have done something wrong. Any help would be appreciated.
