How do setup 2 datawindows, so that DW A can drag and drap to DW B? Is
there a pfc service that I can use?

I figured it out, how to drop and drop, but how do I allow the user to drag
with the right mouse button, release it and have it bring up a menu of the
options that are available to them?

While that could be done, you might want to reconsider the non-standard drag
drop behavior (using right button down). You could script the drag-drop
conventionally, then in the dragdrop event of the target dw, present a popup
menu using the PopMenu ( ) function.
