Alingment Justify doesn't work

I have a report composed of
one datawindow - freeform style with only one column

This column's style is an edit field with max size 2000 chars. ( comes from
a Oracle Varchar2(2000))
Then, I select justify alingment in the properties of the column, within
the datawindow painter

Well, this text must appear justifyed in the report, but it doesn't work.
If there are any carriage return character in the text, the last words
don't apperar in the report. But if there aren't CR, no problem the report
works well.

Could anybody help me ? It's a powerbuilder Bug ?

Meaning of the CR is, user wants a new line in the text.
If user wants new line in the text, then PB will create a new line.
I think, whatever is happening, is correct.
You can open the MS word. Write one paragraph. Give CR for 2 -3 lines.
Then Select the paragraph and press justify button, It will align
justify only those lines which are not having CR.
Similarly in the PB, if user enters CR , those lines Powerbuilder will
not align justify.
