I'm using ASA 6.0.4 3799

The problem I'm having is that our clients get disconnected, and the server
log shows the following message:
"Disconnecting Client - No activity for 240 minutes"

We are using multiple transaction objects and at least one of these objects
is referencing the database within the default timeout.

I know about the -ti setting, the default is 240 minutes, would it make any
difference setting this to 0?
Or
Is there another build that would resolve this? The only documentation I
found referred to ASA 7.0.3 (fixed in build #2048 - Engineering Case
#242384).

Thank you in advance.

Never... Never... set the -ti or -tl to 0 as that will override the
database's ability to cleanup legitimately timed out connections. Evaluate
how your software and set the -ti to a value that is a reasonably timeframe
for a client to sit idle. There are few bugs related to timeouts.

Thank for the response, I set it to double the default, I will monitor the
results to see if this resolves my issue.

Cheers
