Can you give a bit more background on what you are doing? It can be caused
by using an array that exceeds a size of 32767, which is a limitation of
Oracle's OCI interface.

// *Cause: An integer parameter to a upi function is out of range.
// *Action: This usually indicates an error in a tool built on top
// of the oracle dbms. Report the error to your customer
// support representative.

Thanks Terry, I make these programes to do batch process job ,for retrieving
text-file data (varchar2 (254)) form single table and dividing text file to
multi tables.
A process uses only one datawindow that may had retrieved 5000 -10000 row .
I use PowerBuilder 5.04 with PowerTool 5.0 ,and no array in programe.
Everytime after the message shows ,I re-excute programe that to be Ok or not to
be Ok is ramdom.

My Envrioment :
Local:
Windows NT 4.0 workstation
Powerbuilder 5.04 with PowerTool 5.0
Oracle SQL* Net 2.3
Server
Oracle 7.3 on IBM AIX

I hope these information may help us.
