Basic product information about InfoMaker?

Somebody at work mentioned InfoMaker and I am researching
its possible use, so far I cannot find much information
about it. When I tried to go to www.powersoft.com I was
redirected to www.sybase.com. Well, I guess PowerSoft must
have been acquired by SyBase. However, InfoMaker is not even
mentioned in SyBase's product pages. Then, www.infomaker.com
turned out to be some consulting company.

The first questions that I have:

- Is IM in the same league of products as Crystal Reports?

- Is it Windows-centric or SyBase centric? (we use Oracle on Linux)

- How hard or easy is to set it up and how long should it take
to have ot up & running?

- I heard that the report distribution is by e-mailing an
executable file, which looks like a huge secuurity breach.
