Look at relativedate() function in Help:

ldt_yesterday = relativedate(today(), -1)

ldt_tomorrow = relativedate(today(), 1)

Try:

RelativeDate ( date, n )

Obtains the date that occurs a specified number of days after or before
another date.

There is a setting I believe....to refresh every so 'n' seconds...
