I am making a report, one of my columns of data may be 20 char. in
length, or it may be 4,000 char. In the report how do you make it so
the report will expand to the needed space for the amount of data?
Right now I have to stretch it big enough so the large amounts can be
seen, but for the 20 char. there is an empty space. This takes up a
lot of unneeded space for the report. Thanks for any help on this.

Okay I have found how to autosize the detail band. It still does not
work 100%. I still need to go in and move the detail band to get all
of it. Is this a bug?

Yes I did. I have found that if the detail section is very small, all
text will show, if I open the detail section about 1", not all the
text will display. Open it about 4" and all text will display again.
Very strange. Thanks for your response.
